Shipping Information:

Currently we accept orders from anywhere in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and most European countries. If you are outside these countries and are interested in purchasing through Dark Soles please e-mail us at sales@darksoles.com and we will provide you with shipping costs.

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for orders up to $550, $40 for orders from $550 to $1000, and $60 for orders over $1000.

Orders are shipped from the New Rock factory, located in Yecla Spain. Once your order is placed with Dark Soles you can expect to receive your New Rocks in 4 to 9 business days. Customers in Canada and the United States can expect to receive their orders in approximately 5 business days whereas customers in Australia and New Zealand can expect to receive their orders in about 9 business days. You are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged at time of delivery.

Shipping is with Fed-Ex/UPS (signature required).



Custom Orders:

Custom Orders take approximately 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. ** Custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable **

Pre-Orders:

If a size is listed as a Pre-Order it is currently unavailable in the warehouse but will be available to be shipped by the date listed for the Pre-Order. Full payment is due at the time of placing the order as the item will be shipped as soon as it is ready, which often is earlier than the date given.



Returns / Exchanges:

Once you receive your shipment please notify us within 7 days if you need to return or exchange your order. We will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be sent back in original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received (without marks or signs of wear), including all tags attached. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without previous written approval.

PLEASE NOTE ** CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE **

Although we endeavor to process a return or exchange as quickly as possible, please be advised that returns / exchanges can take up to 6-8 weeks (if the order is held up in customs). Be sure to keep the original export documents in case a return or exchange is needed.

If you receive your product with a defect send an e-mail to sales@darksoles.com indicating the product defect along with a photo of the defect. The information will be sent to New Rock and if they accept the return the product will be returned at no cost. In this case Dark Soles will contact you to tell you how to proceed. Neither New Rock nor Dark Soles will accept returns that have not been previously approved. In case of return of a defective product due to a manufacturing fault, New Rock will replace the product. If the product is not available a similar product will be suggested or a refund will be processed.

The products that are damaged due to misuse, excessive use, excessive heat, and damage by third parties are specifically excluded. It should also be borne in mind that the vast majority of New Rock products are of natural leather and some small differences in color or texture can be observed.



Cancellations:

Cancellations are given if the item ordered is found to be out of stock or no longer available.
